Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations to Sri Dharma Shresta Venkateswara Charitable Trust are voluntary contributions toward the Trust's charitable and religious objects. As a matter of policy, donations once made are generally not refundable.
Erroneous or duplicate transactions
- If you made a donation in error (for example, a duplicate payment or an incorrect amount), please write to sdsvctrust@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with the transaction reference, date, and amount.
- Genuine errors reported within this period will be reviewed by the trustees and, where appropriate, refunded to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
Failed transactions
If money was debited but the payment failed, the amount is normally reversed automatically by the payment provider or your bank within 5–7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction details and we will help trace it.
Cancellation
One-time donations cannot be cancelled after the payment is completed, except as described above for erroneous transactions.
