About us

Our story

Sri Dharma Shresta Venkateswara Charitable Trust was founded in May 2024 by Sri Killada Prakash Rao of Venkatapuram Village, Anakapalle District, Andhra Pradesh, out of a deep commitment to dharma, service, and the wellbeing of rural communities.

The Trust's founding vision is the construction of a Sri Venkateshwara Swamy Temple — a spiritual anchor for the region — alongside a broader mission: preserving the cultural and natural heritage of India, educating rural children, feeding and caring for the poor and the sick, and protecting the sacred groves, hills, and water bodies that sustain village life.

The Trust is an irrevocable public charitable and religious trust registered under the Income Tax Act, 1961, holding 12A registration. Its benefits are open to all, irrespective of caste, creed, religion, or gender, and every rupee it receives is applied solely toward its charitable objects.

The benefits of the Trust are available to the general public irrespective of caste, religion, or gender, and its funds are applied solely toward its charitable and religious objects.
